What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on all orders across India.

What is your return policy?


We offer a 7-day return window on unused, unopened products in original packaging. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately through our website if you need to make any changes.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. We deliver pan-India with standard timelines of 5–7 business days. International shipping will be introduced in future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's portal.
