7-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in original sealed packaging with invoice.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders Report within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any such claim. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

How to Claim Contact us through www.herbs.ltd or email us on orders@herbs.ltd with your order number, reason, and supporting video or photos. We respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds via bank transfer.

Not Eligible for Return Opened or used products, products without original packaging or invoice, and claims raised outside the stated time windows.
